Holistic Social Innovation
Myō
OUR DNA
Icarus in Nepal building wings
The Myō initiative was launched on July 9, 2018, with the support of Hemper. In an attempt to initiate the HSI (Holistic Social Innovation) line of work. This pilot project took us to Nepal, where we explored its culture and created a network of key contacts to identify needs and develop solutions.
Myō intended to connect with local entrepreneurs and provide them with focused support through immersive trips to generate a significant social impact through intercultural collaboration.

What we achieved
Collaboration
Hemper not only creates unique products inspired by Nepal’s textile traditions but also transforms lives. They help working families and support the development of disadvantaged communities with impactful social initiatives.
Icarus Values
At ICΛRUS, we believe in growing together, reinventing ideas to solve problems. We see uncertainty as an opportunity to improve and adapt.
We know that it is possible to create companies that help the planet and people without ceasing to be profitable.
Social impact
The ICARUS team dedicates part of its time to Social Innovation. We try to promote a type of collaborative H2H innovation leveraging ideas and people.
Our idea is to conduct co-research through different methodologies to co-create solutions that generate a positive social impact.
Impactful travels.
Help and teach
our commitment
Educate
Part of the Icarus team traveled to Nepal to join The Sama Project, an initiative that provides education and care to children aged 3 to 7 from economically vulnerable families.
Promote and teach
Our goal is to help you develop a sustainable self-financing model, freeing you from dependence on external donations.
Design Thinking
With people-centered methodologies, at Icarus we want to contribute to this project growing and continuing to create real change.
